Case Coordinator 

We are one of the largest multicultural agencies who help guide over a 1,000 international and domestic Intended Parents (IP’s) through their personal journey into parenthood. Our team is composed of dedicated and qualified individuals spread around the globe.

Babies Come True (BCT) helps IP’s with the complex aspects of navigating their upcoming journey to parenthood. We have strong relationships with many clinics, various agencies and third party providers that will be essential to Intended Parents throughout their journey.


We are offering an exciting and unique opportunity to join our team of Case Coordinators, as we are looking to add a new English/French speaking member to our BCT family.

We are looking for an energetic, multilingual and organized person with strong communication skills who likes talking to people. You will be fostering positive relationships with IP’s using ongoing communication and assuring they have all the accurate information and support they need.

– Multilingual (excellent proficiency in English plus a strong command of the following languages: French, Italian or German)


– College level education

– Preferred experience/background in customer service 

– Great organizational skills – Ability to perform in a fast paced, dynamic work environment while maintaining a positive teamwork attitude. Must have the ability to multitask, respond quickly and efficiently, and keep situations under control.

– Ability to work independently as well as part of a team (commitment to follow through and to work independently on a caseload but excel in a group setting along with team members when needed)

– Proficiency in computers – CRM and Database experience is essential to the role. Must be well versed in Outlook and Microsoft Word.

– Adaptability/Flexibility in work hours

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and another language French/Italian or German) – Must have the ability to solve problems, offer solutions, think logically and provide support.

– Time management and punctuality

– Takes on additional responsibility when both big and small tasks need to be done.
